Because
of recent changes in our Construction Code regulations,
the installation or construction of fences and sheds up
to 100 square feet no longer requires construction permits.
Zoning
requirements such as setbacks from property lines, and locating
fences so as not to create safety problems are still applicable.
Before you erect a fence or shed, please call the Code Enforcement
Department to find out what regulations apply.
