Swimming Pools

Residents are reminded that permits are required for both "in ground" and "above ground" swimming pools prior to installation.

A Certificate of Approval must be obtained from the Code Enforcement Office before the pool can be used. Fines will be imposed on the owners of pools that do not have proper permits and Certificates of Approval.
