Homeowners Warranty
The State of New Jersey has a warranty program to protect owners of new homes.
Since July 1, 1979, homes constructed by building contractors are covered under a 10-year warranty plan. A claims procedure exists for structural and some cosmetic problems. Contact the Building Department for more information.
