Fee Schedule

The following fee schedule is in place for use of the Clean Up & Bulky Item disposal Program. Prohibited Items are not accepted.

Passenger Cars $15.00 per load  
Standard SUV's & Passenger Vans   $20.00 per load  
Large SUV's & Compact Pick up trucks   $30.00 per load  
Full Size Pickup Trucks, Trade Vans & trailers   $35.00 per load  
Box, Dump & Flatbed Trucks (not to exceed 5 tons GVW or 1 ton load)   $55.00 per load  
 Tires - Rims removed - 16½" maximum size Household limit of 6   $2.00 per tire  
Note: FEE ASSESSMENTS / ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE INCREASED BASED UPON LOAD SIZE

Materials Accepted for the Disposal Program

Vehicles with a load capacity exceeding 1 ton (2,000 lbs) or a gross vehicle weigh of 10,000 lbs are prohibited from utilizing the program. Contracted haulers with vehicles meeting the program requirements will be required to verify the origin of the materials.

Proof of residency (a Drivers License or a Tax Bill) is required to obtain a permit.

  • Residential Household Furnishings
  • Carpets must be cut into 5' sections

  • Materials & Vehicles Not Accepted for the Disposal Program

    Vehicles with a load capacity exceeding 1 ton (2,000 lbs) or a gross vehicle weigh of 10,000 lbs are prohibited from utilizing the program. No Commercial Enterprise materials are accepted.

    The following is a sample list of items that are not accepted by the Township for disposal.

    This list does not contain all the materials that are unacceptable for the disposal program.

    If you have a question regarding materials being accepted, please contact the Department of Public Works at 908.876.3382.

    To dispose of these materials you have to secure the services of a professional hauler, or contact the three Morris County agencies below.
