How do I get registered? Follow these simple steps:

• Go to the Washington Township Municipal Building , located at 43 Schooley's Mountain Road and ask for the "Long Valley Dog Park Membership Application"
  
  
• Provide proof or have your vet sign the form certifying your dog is up to date on their shots (distemper, rabies and bordetella) and is receiving heartworm medication and has had a negative fecal test.
  
  
• Pay your membership fee. The fee will be valid for the remainder of 2007 through 2008 ($10 for LV dogs and $15 for out of towners).
  
  
• Proudly display the tag on your dog's collar
