Why
not add a special touch and personalize a picket for
the Toddler playground at Rock Spring Park on top of
Schooley’s Mountain?
The toddler play equipment, which was
installed in 2004 in memory of Sydney White, a toddler
from Washington Township who passed away suddenly,
is designed for children between the ages of 2 and 5.
The fence is made up of 8” wide x 21” long
picket panels, and defines the perimeter of the play
area. The play area keeps our children safe
and contained while playing.
This on going project requires the sale
of at least 100 more pickets to complete the enclosure.
Funds resulting from the sale of memorialized pickets
will be used to purchase a shelter over the sandbox,an
additional piece of play equipment and a
sign to finalize “Sydney’s
Place”.
Buy a picket with an inscription in honor
or memory of a loved one, for birthday, holiday, graduation,
conformation presents, or to help support our community
playground. Your $100 donation will allow you to engrave
up to 80 characters (periods, commas and spaces included).
