Tax Reassessment

A reassessment is in progress that will establish new assessed values to go into affect for the year 2010.

The reassessment was approved by the State, County and the Township Committee due to the current reduction of the market values. There will be a written notice from Appraisal Systems later this year advising you of your new assessed value for the year 2010.

If you have any questions regarding the new assessed value, call immediately the number given to you in the letter to schedule a meeting to discuss the new value.
