Historic Preservation Overlay Zone

§ 217-22. Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.

A. Principal permitted uses.
All uses, including but not limited to bed-and-breakfast usage and historic inns, in the zone district wherein the property is located are permitted in an Historic Preservation Overlay zone, except that in the portion of the Historic Preservation Overlay Zone that lies within the R-20 District, historic inns shall not be permitted.
